News

14 April:  The proposal to change to 4mm bumps around the scoring area is dropped.  The bumps will remain at 6mm for the competition.  The vertical white markings on the table walls will be removed.  See the table page for details.

9 April:  There will be one more extra lab session on Monday 14 April, from 6:30 to 9pm. This is an optional session, as before, and there will be only limited demonstrator assistance.

20 March:  The RoboRugby competition date is now confirmed for Tuesday 22 April.  The competition will take place in the Clinton Auditorium, starting at 7pm.

28 March:  Extra laboratory sessions will be available.  These are optional sessions, you can come along if you feel you need more time to work on your robot.  There will only be limited demonstrator assistance.
Dates:  Monday 31 March and Monday 7 April.   Times:  Evenings - 6:30 to 9:00pm. 

18 February:  The RoboRugby competition rules for 2008 are now available.

8 February:  The lab will be open on Tuesday 12 February, from noon to 1:30pm.  This is to allow extra time for those of you who want to catch up on the challenges so far.  The report deadline for Challenge 3 has been extended to 6pm on Wednesday 13 February.
